30-hour return window (clothing)

For apparel orders on Lefko, return requests must be raised within 30 hours from the time of delivery. After 30 hours, returns cannot be accepted except where required by law.

Eligible items

• Unused clothing with original tags attached.
• No stains, odour, damage, or signs of wear.
• Items must be in original packaging where provided.

Non-returnable items

• Innerwear, socks, and customized/personalized products.
• Products marked final sale or damaged after delivery.

How to request a return

1. Email contact@lefko.in with your order ID and reason.
2. Share unboxing photos if the product is defective or wrong item received.
3. Our team will confirm pickup/return instructions within business hours.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Mention preferred size in your return email.
